This place is better than the pictures show it. It's located on one of the busiest streets in Little Venice, but with noise-proof doublepane windows, the music is barely noticeable. Everything works without any issues, and the patio/terrace greatly expands the living area. It is perfect for a couple, but it could also work for four people, as long as they realize that two will be sleeping in the kitchen/living room. The owners are very attentive, and they take great care of the house.

Fabulous place to stay in the center of it all! As other reviews mention, you can hear the bars late into the evening but we fully expected this and had no issue with it. Probably not ideal for families (with children) but great for couples and adult only groups. Irini was so amazingly helpful and willing to share all the best places to visit. Great place to stay!

What amazing experience!!! We had unforgettable moments at this Boutique Hotel. It’s super clean, privileged sunset view and best ever location. Everything is super and who made the difference??? IRINI. She is always ready to help with the best recommendations in the island (restaurants, beach clubs, etc). She made the difference!!!!

The host Irini was amazing. She may check in extremely easy as well as setting up transfers and security for a 5 AM check out and walk through the town. The room itself is a perfect size and is extremely clean and has all the amenities. You need even a Jacuzzi.

Room - Clean and comfortable. Balcony outside is very nice to enjoy a coffee or have a drink. Service - Irini was great overall very friendly and accommodating. She was great. Hot water issue last day. I believe the hotel blamed it on the power outage in the area but the water issue was before the outage. Things happen so it is what it is no big deal. Just wasn’t resolved and not updated about the issue. Location - it’s in the middle of where the party is. If you are a light sleeper this is not for you. Otherwise the location is prime as its close to everything. Overall nice hotel and if you want to be in the middle of everything I definitely recommend.
